This policy describes how B2B Data Services and its clients are expected to handle telephone contact data in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), national and state Do Not Call (DNC) registries, and equivalent international rules.
Telephone numbers in our data products are sourced from compliant channels and screened against applicable DNC registries before delivery. Clients are contractually required to maintain their own internal DNC lists, honour opt-out requests, and use the data only for lawful B2B outreach.
If you wish to be added to our internal Do Not Call suppression list, email info@b2bdataservices.com with the phone number to suppress. We will process the request promptly and retain the number on our suppression list to prevent future inclusion.
